We houden bij KHIN nauwkeurig bij welke ingrediënten aanwezig zijn in onze gerechten. De aangegeven allergenen werden ons aangeleverd door onze leveranciers en we baseren ons op hun kennis en ervaring.
In al onze gerechten gebruiken wij glutenvrije soja-en oestersauzen.
In onze keukens werken we vaak met noten en pinda’s.
